Shipping Policy

1) All custom and made to order Gold and jewelry items will be shipped within 14-21 days of confirmation of order.

If expedited delivery is required kindly reach out to us after receiving your automated order confirmation.

For customers in the US, shipments are exclusively sent via USPS Priority Mail and include delivery confirmation.

For customers in Canada, shipments are sent via Fedex and include delivery confirmation.

For customers in Canada, shipments are sent via Fedex and include delivery confirmation.

Shipping times and rates vary based on shipping method and destination country.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The purchaser is responsible for making sure the jewelry can be lawfully imported to your destination country. When ordering Peter Stone made to order or custom products, the buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country. 

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by your destination country. 

The receiver of international jewelry items may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are charges once the shipment reaches your country. Any charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no control over these charges and do not know if charges will apply and what they may be if any. Customs policies vary from country to country; If you are not sure you should contact your local customs office for information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause possible delays beyond our original delivery estimates, but in most cases are are non issues.

2) Shipping cost is set at a flat rate of $30 with free shipping applied once $300 (excluding taxes and shipping cost) in purchaes is reached.

3) If customer requires insurance in addition to "declared value" of item(s) they are encouraged to reach out to info@Thebigshinyrecoveryshoppe.ca to arrange and complete such a request.

4) Customer has the option of lowering shipping costs by accepting product via regular Canada Post mail. *Please note regular mail does not provide insurance or confirmation of delivery.

5) Big Shiny Recovery including Www.thebigshinyrecoveryshoppe.ca is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods or orders, nor involved or party to any dispute which may arise from such. Customers are encouraged to exercise their rights and fulfill their obligations under any and all relationships, policies,  or agreementswith relevant carrier.
