Integrity of accounts and billing information 

We retain the right to decline any order you submit to us. At our discretion, we may impose limitations or cancel the quantities purchased by an individual, household, or order. Such limitations may apply to orders made through the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or those utilizing the same billing and/or shipping address. Should we need to modify or cancel an order, we will make an effort to inform you by reaching out to the email and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time of the order. We also reserve the right to restrict or deny orders that, in our judgment, seem to be made by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date purchase and account information for all transactions conducted at our store. It is your responsibility to promptly update your account and other relevant information, including your email address and credit card details, to ensure we can process your transactions and contact you as necessary.

Returns and refunds

Most of our Gold, Sterling silver, finely, and hancrafted pieces are not stocked but are special made to order, custom work., or limited editions. There are no cash refunds or exchanges. In the event an item is stocked it will be clearly indicated in the product listing along with any refund, exchange, or shipping discount eligibility if any. There are no order refusals. If the order is produced, shipped, and delivered and delivery is refused and returned, there will be a 20% restocking fee for Sterling Silver and 50% restocking fee for gold, to a maximum of $200, and any incurred shipping and insurance costs, added to invoice and billed to customer. By placing your orders you agree to these terms and conditions.
